You pay for replies. Nothing else moves.
One message Vestry posts is one reply. Your bill does not change because our prompt got longer or because we switched models. That is a deliberate separation, not an accident.
It cannot run up a bill you did not agree to
The hard cap is on by default on every plan. At the limit, generation stops and you are told in Telegram. Reading and search keep working. Going over is off unless you turn it on, and it has a ceiling you set.
These are the intended prices, and nothing is on sale yet
Vestry is pre-launch. There is no checkout, no account and no card form anywhere on this site, and choosing a plan below records an interest rather than starting a subscription. The numbers are here because the most useful thing an operator can tell us right now is whether they are the right numbers.

Why the free plan has no clock on it.
Vestry can only learn from conversations that happen after you add it, so a fortnight of trial would expire before your group had repeated itself enough for the thing to be judged. A trial that ends before the product can work tells neither of us anything.
So Free is one group, fifty replies a month, a fourteen-day memory and a cap that cannot be turned off. No card, and no end date.
Plans are managed on the web, never inside Telegram.
The assistant will never try to sell you anything in a chat, and it will never put a payment link in front of your members. Everything commercial happens here, on a page you came to deliberately.
Longer retention is the one dimension we expect to move as this is used in anger. If ninety days is not enough for the way your community works, that is worth telling us before anything is built.
